Anderson localization in disordered dispersive media with metamaterials

Effects of dispersion and absorption on Anderson localization in randomly layered metamaterials have being studied analytically and numerically. It is shown that the radiation in one-dimensional disordered systems can be delocalized in $\mu $ or $\varepsilon $-near-zero disordered media - a new
form of delocalization that occurs in one dimension. We have also demonstrated disspersion-induced suppression of Anderson localization in mixed stacks with either dielectric permittivity or magnetic permeability disorder. However, the presence of both forms of disorder enhances localization.
