Abstract

This paper presents the analysis of artificial dielectric lens for the terahertz wave band. The full wave analysis results at a design frequency of 0.5 THz are obtained by Ansys HFSS (ver. 13). The light focusing is verified by the analysis. The formal abstract paper for review will be released after the patent submission.
