Abstract

In this paper we have designed fabricated and experimentally characterized different layers of TiO2-based metamaterials. Using the finite element method calculator (HFSS) and the terahertz time domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS), the resonant behavior of both magnetic and electric functions have been successfully demonstrated in the terahertz range.
