Each presenting author must pay non-refundable registration fee. A registration covers a maximum of two papers (of which the registrant is co-author) in either oral or poster sessions. Only registered and paid papers will be scheduled in the conference program and proceedings. Registration is valid only when the payment is received and processed.
META is a community conference, there is no financial subsistence provided for session organizers, session chairs, and invitees. All META participants are required to register and pay the registration fee.
Registration Fee includes admission to all META'17 technical sessions, exhibit and break areas, printed program, and an electronic copy of the draft proceedings (Lunch is not included).
META'16 will be held in conjunction with the 4th Advanced Electromagnetics Symposium (AES 2017). A registered participant to one of the events can attend sessions in both events but can only present papers in the event he is registered in. In order to present papers in both events, one needs to register for each.
