NOTE (Feb. 4): There are a limited number of rooms left in the hotels below, please make your reservation as early as possible. No other hotels will be added, you will be responsible for making your own hotel reservations and arrangements.

A number of rooms have been pre-booked for the participants at special rates in 2 local hotels and will be reserved on a first come first served basis.

There will be a courtesy bus that will take you from the hotels mentioned below to the University of Sharjah (conference venue) and back.

1) Centro Sharjah hotel

Centro Sharjah is located adjacent to Sharjah International Airport and 10 minutes driving away from the Sharjah centre (University of Sharjah - 5.5 km; Sharjah Gold Souq - 13.5 km; Dubai Museum - 22.7 km).

2) Holiday International

The Holiday International hotel, located on the edge of Khaled Lagoon overlooking the beautiful cornice, offers the convenience of a central location. A mere 20-minute drive from Dubai airport, the hotel is a short walk from the Sharjah Souk and has easy access to shopping malls and entertainment centers (University of Sharjah - 11 km, Dubai Museum - 12.2 km).
