You can use this link to upload the last version of your oral presentation file. The files can be uploaded now and NO LATER than 5:00 pm the day before your scheduled talk. Otherwise, please upload your presentation into the conference room laptop at least 15 mn before the beginning of your session.
All conference room laptops will be windows based and able to accommodate Adobe pdf and PowerPoint presentations:
- PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx)
- Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
