We highly recommend all META participants to stay at one of the partner hotels listed below as transfers from hotel to conference venue will be arranged only for participants styings at these hotels. Since rooms are assigned on a “first come, first serve basis” and a special discount is offered for all participants, it is highly recommended to book your room as early as possible.

For some hotels we have an obligation to return all unsold accommodation rooms on Monday 10 March 2014, therefore accommodation bookings and rates reserved after that date cannot be guaranteed.

How to reserve?

Reservations are to be made directly with each hotel by individual participants using the Reservation Form. The reservation is accepted and confirmed by the hotel directly.
