Full-length paper preparation
All authors with accepted papers (lectures and posters) at META'14 are invited to submit an extended version of their paper for the conference proceedings before 14 March, 2014. Submitting a full paper is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
All presented papers at META'14 will have opportunities for consideration for one of the 3 Special Journal Issues associated with this meeting (the details are provded below).

The full papers should be written in English, and should be prepared with the following conference templates.

Please follow the instructions below carefully to prepare your manuscript:
Paper Preparation
- Do Not Include any additional headers, footers.
- Do Not Use Symbols, Special Characters, or Math in Paper Title .
- Please note that no additional content editing will be performed after submission has been completed.
Paper Format
- For authors who choose to use Microsoft Word, a template can be downloaded here.
- For preparing the paper using LaTEX, a template can be downloaded here.
- It is best to start writing your paper by entering the text into the template, to make sure that all formatting is correct.
- The information on page layout and formatting can be found in the templates.

Special Issues

Applied Physics A (Springer) Submission: 1) You can submit the same paper for the proceedings and this journal (prepared with META templates) |

EPL (EPL Association) Submission: The same full paper submitted to META will be considered for EPL (prepared with META templates). Please use a cover page to let us know that you want your paper to be considered for the special issue with this journal. However, you should ensure that the paper has a 6-page maximum once published. There are macros available on the EPL website at https://www.epletters.net that will show you what your formatted manuscript will look like. The accepted artilcles will be sent to EPL by the guest editors (do not submit your article to EPL directly). After 14 March send your paper to contact@metaconferences.org (with a cover letter saying it is for EPL). |
