The Call for Papers opens in Autumn 2026. Accepted contributions will be presented in Niagara Falls and published in the Scopus-indexed META proceedings.
How it works
Guidelines and templates will be published with the Call for Papers. Contributions are welcome across the full scope of metamaterials, photonic crystals and plasmonics.
Submission is handled entirely online. Existing META accounts remain valid.
Every contribution is reviewed by the international Technical Programme Committee; notification dates will be announced with the full timeline.
Accepted work is presented as an oral or poster contribution and published in the Scopus-indexed conference proceedings.
Submission Guidelines
The abstract template and page limit will be published with the Call for Papers. The following principles apply to every META edition:
English.
Oral or poster.
All submissions are reviewed by the Technical Programme Committee.
Accepted and registered contributions are included in the proceedings.
At least one author must register and present the contribution in person.
Researchers interested in organising a focused session or symposium on an emerging topic are invited to submit a proposal once the Call opens.
