The Best Session Organizer Award is being introduced at this year’s META conference to honor session organizers who play a pivotal role in the success and impact of the event. This new award seeks to recognize organizers who demonstrate outstanding leadership, creativity, and dedication in curating sessions that elevate the academic and professional experience for all attendees.

All sessions at META will be evaluated by the META Award Committee. The evaluation will consider key criteria such as session relevance, participant engagement, organization, and overall impact. Based on these assessments, five sessions will be selected for recognition as the "Best Sessions" of the conference.

The three award-winning sessions will be announced during the Award Ceremony at the conference banquet. Each awarded session will receive a cash prize, and those who attend the event in person will be presented with a certificate of recognition and one complimentary banquet ticket to celebrate their achievement.
