Publication Ethics
The META proceedings are a permanent, Scopus-indexed scientific record. Every contribution is expected to meet the standards below.
Submissions must represent original work by the listed authors. Text, figures and results taken from other sources — including the authors’ own prior publications — must be properly attributed. META screens contributions for plagiarism and duplicate submission, and reserves the right to reject or withdraw contributions that do not meet this standard.
Contributions must not be simultaneously submitted to another conference or journal in substantially identical form, and must not have been previously published in the META proceedings.
All listed authors must have made a genuine contribution to the work and approved the submitted version. The author list, author order and affiliations are fixed at submission and cannot be changed afterwards. If the paper is submitted with an incomplete author list, or with authors entered in a different order from the uploaded PDF, submit it again as a new submission and contact the organizers to have the original submission removed.
Submissions are reviewed under the responsibility of the Technical Program Committee. Reviewers are expected to treat submissions confidentially, to declare conflicts of interest, and to evaluate work solely on its scientific merit.
Errors discovered after publication should be reported to the conference office. Where warranted, the proceedings record will be corrected or a contribution withdrawn, with the change documented.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their contribution, for obtaining any permissions required for reproduced material, and for disclosing relevant conflicts of interest. Concerns about the integrity of a published contribution may be raised with the organizing team at contact@metaconferences.org and will be examined under the responsibility of the General Co-Chairs.
