Registration
Registration opens in December 2026. The Call for Papers opens earlier, on September 1, 2026 — you can submit before registering. Early registration runs until April 23, 2027.
Registration Categories
Researchers and professionals from academia, laboratories and industry. All participants — including invited speakers, session organizers and session chairs — must register and pay the applicable registration fee.
A reduced rate for students, with proof of status.
For persons accompanying a registered participant.
An accompanying person registration must be purchased together with a full registration, and is limited to a family member of the registered participant who is not a co-author of any contribution. It includes access to the exhibition, coffee breaks and lunches.
Author registration policy. Each presenting author must complete a paid registration. One registration covers a maximum of two papers for which the registrant is a co-author, whether presented orally or as posters. At least one author or qualified substitute must present each paper. Only papers covered by a completed, paid registration will be scheduled in the conference program and included in the proceedings.
META is a community conference and does not provide financial support to session organizers, session chairs or invited speakers. Registration fees, deadlines and inclusions — together with payment methods, the cancellation policy, invoices and invitation letters — will be published when registration opens.
