Submissions open through the Author & Submission Portal. Contributed papers: two to four pages. Invited contributions: at least one page. Official META 2027 template.
Registration opens through the Author & Submission Portal. Fees, inclusions, payment methods and the cancellation policy are published on the registration page that day. You do not need to be registered to submit — the call opens earlier, on September 1, 2026.
23:00 CET. The portal stays open after this date for invited papers and late poster submissions, at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee.
Acceptance decisions are sent progressively from this date. If you request an oral presentation, decisions are communicated in two stages. The first email confirms whether your paper has been accepted. After the program is drafted, a second email announces whether it has been assigned to an oral or poster session.
23:00 CET. Last day for reduced registration rates.
Every presenting author must be registered by this date for their paper to appear in the program.
