Essential Information
International visitors should verify Canadian entry requirements well in advance. Depending on nationality, travelers may require an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) or a visitor visa.
Registered participants requiring supporting conference documentation will be able to request an invitation letter through the conference office.
Complimentary basic shared Wi-Fi is available in the venue's public areas. Conference connectivity arrangements for sessions and speakers will be confirmed separately.
The venue's current parking rate is CAD 20 per vehicle, per entry. This rate is set by the venue and may change before the conference.
