Participation support
META 2027 has set aside limited funds for a small number of reduced registrations. Approved applicants receive a €200 reduction from the Early Regular or Student fee.

The number of supported registrations is limited. Priority is given to students, early-career researchers, and researchers from low- and lower-middle-income countries or institutions with limited access to funding.
The programme covers part of the registration fee only. It does not cover travel, accommodation, visa costs, meals outside the registration package, or other local expenses.

Novelty, significance and quality of the research presented in the submitted paper.
Special consideration is given to doctoral students who are first authors of accepted papers.
Limited access to institutional, project or other sources of funding.
Geographic and institutional diversity, including applicants from low- and lower-middle-income countries.
Submitting an application does not guarantee support. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

Conditions
Successful applicants receive a personal, one-time code. The code applies the €200 reduction to the Early Regular or Student rate.
Although the reduction is calculated from the Early rate, an approved applicant may use it until June 5, 2027, provided payment is completed by that date. It is not valid for Late or on-site registration.
The standard cancellation and refund policy applies to registrations completed through this programme.
