Important notice – Beware of fraudulent housing schemes: Please be aware of fraudulent agencies falsely claiming an association with META. Some participants may be contacted by third parties posing as an “official housing partner” and requesting credit card or personal details. META has no housing partnership with external agencies. Do not share any personal or financial information with unsolicited contacts. Please rely only on official META communication channels (website and official email addresses) for accurate accommodation information.

In-campus accommodation – Trinity College Dublin (official booking link)

Negotiated delegate rates (on campus): META delegates can access special on-campus rates only via the official link/code below (subject to availability).
Book urgently: no rooms are being held for META and availability is very limited. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible.

Room type note: “Printing House Square En-suite Double” refers to a double room with a private bathroom (en-suite) within Trinity’s Printing House Square residence.

What to expect (on-campus rooms)

  • Central campus location: stay inside Trinity College Dublin (city-centre).
  • Modern en-suite rooms: private bathroom (Printing House Square rooms).
  • Shared kitchen / living area within the apartment (typical residence layout).
  • Wi-Fi, linen/towels/toiletries, and 24-hour campus security.
  • Hairdryer: included in Printing House Square rooms (others available from front desk).

Delegates are of course free to book any other hotel around Trinity College Dublin using their preferred platforms (e.g., Booking.com or equivalent). META has no official housing partner for off-campus bookings.

Tip: Dublin availability can be limited in July. We strongly recommend booking early and choosing a location within walking distance of Trinity College Dublin, or with an easy tram/bus connection.
