Who can attend the conference?

META Conference is open to all. Registration rates vary for students and other participants.

How do I register for the conference?

I am an invited speaker, should I submit an abstract?

Yes. All presenting participants must submit their abstract online at Submit Abstract.

I am an invited speaker. Do I need to pay the registration fees?

Yes. All participants, including invited speakers, must pay the registration fees.

I am a special session organizer, do I need to pay registration fees?

Yes. All participants, including session organizers, are required to pay the registration fees.

Is there any financial support available?

No direct financial support for travel/local expenses is available. However, reduced registration fees may be offered to students and scientists, prioritizing participants from less wealthy or lower-middle-income countries.

What equipment is provided in meeting rooms?

Each meeting room includes one screen, one data projector, and one laptop with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Please bring your presentation in PowerPoint or PDF on a flash drive and arrive 10 minutes early to upload your file.

Can I participate in several special sessions?

Yes, with restrictions. A registration covers at most two talks. A participant may not present more than one Invited Lecture (except Plenary and Keynote speakers).

Do I need to present a talk to attend?

No. The conference is open to anyone interested in attending. Registration fees still apply.
