Interested in organizing? Email us at contact@metaconferences.org. Multiple sessions on similar topics can be proposed, we'll schedule them in different time slots if needed.

Keynote Speaker Nomination
For large sessions: For every 20 confirmed invited speakers in your special session, you may propose one keynote speaker. Important: Please consult the conference organizers about potential keynote speakers before reaching out to them.
Proposal Guidelines
Proposals must include:
- Session title and brief description (2-3 lines)
- Specific topics to be covered
- Full names and affiliations of organizer(s)
Accepted sessions will include:
- A dedicated online submission track
- Featured listing on conference website
- Highlighted promotion of invited speakers
Session Requirements
- Format: In-person only
- Minimum papers: 6 per session
- Organizers: Maximum 2 per session
- Diversity: Geographic and gender balance encouraged
Note: Sessions below minimum participation may be merged into general program.
Organizers' Responsibilities
- Solicit and invite contributions
- Oversee the review process of session papers
- Designate session chairs
Community-driven: All participants, including session organizers and invited speakers, register and contribute through the conference fee.
Selection of Invited Speakers
- Presentation limit: Each registered author may present maximum 2 papers (including posters).
- Authors limited to 1 invited paper, except Plenary/Keynote speakers.
- Encourage diversity in institutions, regions, and gender among session speakers.
- Promote inclusion of early-career researchers where possible.
Note: Outstanding session organizers may qualify for the Best Session Organizer Award
