Roles and Responsibilities

Author Responsibilities

  • Originality & Plagiarism: Authors must ensure original work with proper citations
  • Data Integrity: Authors must provide accurate data and retain raw data
  • Multiple Submission: Concurrent submissions to multiple publications is unacceptable
  • Authorship: All listed authors must have made significant contributions
  • Disclosure: Financial support and conflicts of interest must be disclosed

Reviewer Responsibilities

  • Confidentiality: Manuscripts must be treated as confidential documents
  • Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively with constructive feedback
  • Conflict of Interest: Reviewers must disclose conflicts and recuse themselves when appropriate

Editor Responsibilities

  • Fair Evaluation: Manuscripts evaluated based on intellectual content without bias
  • Confidentiality: Editorial staff must maintain confidentiality
  • Investigation: Editors will investigate ethical complaints and take appropriate action

Publisher Commitments

  • Archiving: Proceedings permanently archived at metaconferences.org/proceedings
  • Misconduct: Will take appropriate measures including retractions when necessary
  • Accessibility: Committed to permanent online availability of scientific reports
