Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit papers of 2 to 5 pages using the official conference templates. Invited speakers may opt to submit a brief 1-page summary instead.
Submissions must include sufficient technical detail to enable the Technical Programme Committee and reviewers to thoroughly evaluate the quality, originality, and contribution of the work during the single-round acceptance/rejection review process.
Important: Authors of accepted papers will have the opportunity to submit an extended version of their work for inclusion in the conference proceedings, allowing them to expand their original submission with additional details, results, and analysis. If an extended version is not submitted, the initially accepted paper will be published in the proceedings as-is.
Note: The Technical Programme Committee and reviewers will rigorously screen for plagiarism and duplicate submissions.
Submission Requirements:
- The submission file must be in PDF format
- The text must adhere to the stylistic and formatting requirements outlined in the Conference Template
- A 50-word abstract must be included within the paper

Author Rights & Licensing
By submitting to the META Conference, authors agree to the following terms regarding their submitted work:
Terms of Submission
- Authors retain full copyright of their work while allowing META to make the paper available under a Creative Commons Attribution License. This license permits others to access, share, and use the work with proper acknowledgment of the authors and the conference presentation.
- Authors may choose to waive the CC license and enter into additional agreements for non-exclusive distribution (e.g., revising for journal publication, uploading to institutional repositories, or publishing in a book) provided that they acknowledge the work’s initial presentation at META.
- Authors are encouraged to share and promote their work online (e.g., institutional repositories, personal websites) before and after the conference.
Why This Matters
This approach ensures that authors maintain ownership and control over their research while enabling the META community to access, cite, and build upon their contributions.
